Upon entering the homepage, scroll down and click on the left side where it says "線上預約作業" or on the icon to the left labeled "前往預約".

After reading the notes, check the box next to "是，我已詳細閱讀注意事項" and click on "開始預約" to proceed.
step 3.輸入車牌號碼(範例：ABC-123)、車主身份證 / 公司行號統編及驗證碼
Enter the vehicle license plate number(example: ABC-123), owner's ID card number or company registration number (tax ID number), and verification code.
step 4.依序填入聯絡資訊，非車主本人到驗，請點選代驗人；『通知類別』依通知內容選擇；『車輛種類』依行車執照為輕型及重型機車選擇"一般機車"，為黃牌及紅牌大型重機選擇"大型重機"
※手機號碼請填寫正確，若檢測場次因天候因素不符檢測規範取消，將以簡訊通知
Please fill in the contact information in sequence. If the vehicle is not inspected by the owner, please select "代驗人" (代理人/代驗人). For "通知類別" (Notification Category), choose according to the content of the notification. For "車輛種類" (Vehicle Type), select "一般機車" (General Motorcycle) for light and heavy motorcycles as indicated on the driving license. For yellow and red plate large heavy motorcycles, select "大型重機" (Large Heavy Motorcycle).
※ Please ensure the mobile phone number is correct. If the inspection session is canceled due to weather conditions not meeting inspection standards, you will be notified via SMS.

step 6.選擇可預約日期及時段；若遇超過檢測期限無法預約，請先完成展延作業後再進行預約
Select an available date and time slot for your appointment. If you exceed the inspection deadline and cannot schedule an appointment, please complete the extension procedure first before proceeding with the reservation.
step 7.完成預約
