申請流程：
1.欲申請至其他縣市檢測者，請將展延及移外縣市申請書(請至表單下載中下載)填寫後，於指定檢驗日期前郵寄(以郵戳為憑)、E-mail至hshs5544554@gmail.com或傳真至本局(傳真電話：03-5531247)
To apply for inspection in another county or city, please download the "Application for Extension or Transfer to Another County/City" form from the download section. Fill out the form and send it by mail with postmark proof before the inspection date, email it to hshs5544554@gmail.com, or fax it to this office (fax number: 03-5531247).
2.使用傳真或寄送電子郵件者，請以電話與本局確認是否完成送件(電話：03-5535129#5224、5225、5219、5226)，電子郵件主旨請登打「車號：ABC-1234申請外縣市檢測」(例)
If applying by fax or email, please call this office at 03-5535129 ext. 5224 、5225、5219 or 5226 to confirm receipt. In the email subject line, please enter "Vehicle Registration: ABC-1234 Application for Inspection in Another County/City" as an example.
3.經本局確認資料無誤後，將以公文方式將資料轉移至外縣市進行通知到檢，請依該縣市公文內容進行檢測作業(檢測日期及地點以該公文為主)
Once the information is confirmed correct by this office, it will be transferred to the designated county or city via official document for inspection notification. Please follow the instructions in the document from the respective county or city for inspection procedures, including the designated date and location.
申請書填寫範例如下：
紅框處為必填欄位，發文字號請依公文左上角填寫，另公文地址請寫可收的到公文的地址
