 If you are unable to attend the inspection on the designated date, please download and complete the "Application for Extension or Transfer to Another County/City" form (available for download under Forms). Send the completed form by mail (postmarked before the inspection date), email to hshs5544554@gmail.com (with postmark as proof), or fax to this office (fax number: 03-5531247).

2.使用傳真或寄送電子郵件者，請以電話與本局確認是否完成送件(電話：03-5535129#5224、5225、5219、5226)，電子郵件主旨請登打「車號：ABC-1234展延申請」(例)

For those using fax or email, please confirm receipt by calling this office at 03-5535129 ext. 5224 、5225、5219or5226. In the email subject line, please enter "Vehicle Registration: ABC-1234 Extension Application" (example).
